The patient previously relied on corneal gas-permeable lenses fit in an orthokeratology style to correct his extreme nearsightedness.

He applies preservative-free lubricating drops over the lenses to maintain moisture throughout the day.
We initiated Restasis twice daily in both eyes to help control underlying dry eye inflammation.
We will continue to monitor this patient closely and refine the lens design until redness subsides. Our goal is to provide clear vision with optimal comfort, and we look forward to sharing future progress at the next visit.
